AccessGP Ltd (company number 16259698, registered in England and Wales; UK ICO registration ZB880995) runs officialaccessgp.ie. Our Irish correspondence address is 77 Camden Street Lower, Dublin 2, D02 XE80 (post only).
What we collect
We are not yet providing medical services in Ireland, so we do not collect health information through this website. We only collect what you choose to send us: your name, email address and message if you contact us.
Why
To reply to you and, if you asked, to tell you when our Irish service launches. Our legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by emailing us or using the unsubscribe link.
Who sees it
Only our team and the providers that host our website and email, under data processing agreements. We do not sell your information. Our company is in the UK, which the European Commission recognises as protecting personal data to the EU standard.
How long
Until you ask us to delete it, or 12 months after launch if you have not become a patient, whichever is sooner.
Cookies
We only use cookies that are strictly necessary for this website to work. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it. Email hello@officialaccessgp.ie. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
